Great! but not blank
I love these, they are bright and colorful, and I use them for quick rewards for good deeds kind of thing. They get a 4 because they have writing inside. Without looking at the description again, it probably says that, but I missed that. So, when these are done I will not order more, because I prefer blank cards, for various reasons. So, that is definitely a personal preference, and ultimately a 'my bad' for not noticing, or just assuming (who knows what my mind set was at the time) .I do recommend them.

Great cards to have on hand in the office
These are really cool cards and I love that they come in this multi pack! I have them stowed in my desk at work now and I'm able to grab one when I see one of the staff doing something that earns a special thank you. They have just the right sayings on each, perfectly appropriate for all work settings. The cards and envelopes are both good quality paper and printed well. Definitely recommend.

Finding motivational cards to reward employees internally is a challenge. At most stationary stores (or in the card aisle in your favorite drug or grocery store) the variety is limited. Employee cards are NOT the most commonly stocked. This package includes 6 different designs, 24 total cards and “pop color” envelopes for a nice, warm touch. Designs are attractive and certainly inspirational for younger employees.Love that the cards are blank inside (no greeting card doggerel) so you can personalize the message (even if you lead with the front card note!)
