Can this be used for clip on ties?

Yes it can I have put 4 of my husbands work ties on.

Does it leave a mark on ties? Don't they crease??

Never had a problem with creasing in the ties - but it could well depend on the material the tie is made from. Silk might crease, but hubby doesn’t have silk ties so that isn’t a problem 😊. It’s a grand bit of kit which keeps ties neat and tidy.

Is there a guarantee as the hook is loose n the frame falls off. Very disappointed.

Could this be used for ties and belts?

Yes I hang the belts on it as well as the ties. Some of the bigger belts I hang by the buckle over the hanger that goes on the rail.
