It's good
Great little model! I bought this as a birthday present for a family member. It was very easy to assemble, and parts fit together very well. Good detail, highly recommed

PlaMo/GunPla guys just buy this.
So you finally got to fly in a plane after working around an airport for a decade. You have the itch to build and paint a model of the plane you flew on, or something close. Well you could build a normal model kit and find the decals, and the correct paints, or you could buy this and get back to your kit back log in minutes, and have a perfectly good model sitting on you desk faster than a Entry Grade Gundam kit. The stand is perfect for display, and the model fits together solidly without glue. It is not 100% it can have some gaps but you won't care when it is done, and on your desk. You might want to panel line the unpainted parts but really it is done when assembled.

Nice plane, but not to be played with
Love the plane. Maybe a bit overpriced, but whatever. I bought it because my 2-year old loves airplanes and I wanted a larger scale replica that wasn't 'cartoonish'. We took Southwest to Hawaii in January so I thought this may also help ease his tensions of flying. It didn't change anything for our flight, but he likes the plane a lot. It doesn't hold up well when you throw it across the living room though. I think we have about half the wing parts left at this point (They get loose after you crash the plane a bunch of times). I think this is meant to just be looked at (which is quite boring if you ask me). I don't recommend it for play.

No doors to blow off on this one….
…but it is a Southwest MAX 8. This thing is slick. Bought it for my Dad since I fly these things now. He loved it and says it looks great. And that’s coming from an old pilot as well.

Another beautiful model by Daron Skymarks that I'm proud to own and display. I love the original SWA colors from the early 80's when I took my first SWA flight. It's very well detailed.

"scimitar" split wing tips
These are "scimitar" (SI-MUH-TR) split wingtips. (Scimitar is a short sword with a curved blade that broadens toward to point. Used in Eastern countries. I do not know why the split wingtips are called this.)They are said to improve fuel consumption by between 6% to 7%, depending on the length of the flight- the longer the flight the better the fuel savings. The original six foot+ winglets on the 737 saved about 5% in fuel.

Love the plane but right wing wouldn’t snap in.
Over all I love the plane and I still feel like it’s a good buy. But the right wing wouldn’t snap in. It’s not a big deal to me , nothing some super glue can’t fix. Over all I love it
