I have been using these vitamins for some time now, and I can really see a difference my hair is so much thicker and stronger, my skin is nice and clear and my nails are stronger, my energy levels have definitely improved, I feel so much better for taking them, the downside is they do smell quite strong and they are huge so can be a bit difficult to take, but if you can persevere with this, then give them a go! I have gone down to 2 a day instead of the recommended 3 as I felt that the 3 was just a bit too much.

I’ve been using these multivitamins for a few years now, just a few months each year and only half the dose, and they still make a big difference. More energy, better balance — I just feel good on them. They’re pricey, and the tablets are a bit big to swallow, but honestly still worth it. It’s also the only formula I’ve found that actually has all the vitamins and minerals a woman needs in one place. Great product overall.

I really rate Solgar and I trust their vitamins. I also love that their products come in glass bottles that can be recycled. Yes it’s a large tablet but I find that reassuring - it contains a complex array of vitamins and it’s not possible to get that all in a single tiny pill. But I wish this tablet wasn’t purple - it turns urine neon yellow and feels unnecessary. Do they think women will only take products that are coloured a pretty colour?

Man alive these pills are pink and ginormus! Once again, I bought them in the hopes that they would help my offspring counter the effects of the epilepsy medicine she takes. When I saw how huge they were, I realised a horse would have difficulty swallowing them, let alone anyone human. As usual with virtually all supplements, these companies all want you to have several during the day which again, is a challenge both physically and financially. I'm a little miffed that no one publishes the dosages of these products online. Occasionally someone prints the amounts but usually, it comes at a nasty shock just how much it will cost if you take the amount specified on the jar. I went and bought a pill crusher here on Amazon to try and pulverise them but that was a waste of money as these pills are coated with what seems a form of pink steel. My poverty stricken friend suggested I use a garlic crusher which worked a treat! The only problem was that then we were able to taste and smell what was inside the pill and neither were particularly appetising. It was all a powdery yellow mess. And then the pink steel-like shell stayed pretty much whole with the insides still attached to it which posed a problem in how to make the pieces of the shell smaller and edible. Nightmare!! Needless to say, I don't give them to her very often because they are so difficult to give. By the way, the added special effect of taking these supplements is that your urine will turn the most lurid yellow colour you would have never hoped to see coming out of your body! I'm sure the pills do what they say but it's an expensive way to get vitamins in you that you probably don't need if you eat a healthy diet. Solgar is known for their high quality supplements and are made in the USA. Too bad the prices aren't the same as in the US. As always, we pay a premium to buy them here but the good news is, we pay less for these than what they do on the continent. Either way, should you decide to buy them, you will have clear evidence that you have indeed pissed away your money when you go to the toilet!

Buyer alert-I'm writing because of the large pill size and rough coating. The ingredients of this pill are very good however I have a difficult time swallowing it. It's twice as large as any of supplement that I take. I usually do not have trouble with large pills. I've tried cutting this pill in half and fourths, but even smaller it makes me gag. The coating is not smooth, so it doesn't go down easily. Just beware, if you are buying this pill it's very large. To the seller: perhaps you should let the customer know that the pill size is large and hard to swallow. Thank you.

These vitamins are great! The fact that they combine the needed vitamins and minerals with holistic herbs makes them super good. However, they do stink, are huge pills to swallow, you have to take (3) to make 1 serving for the day and there is a California cancer warning on them.

Hello to all, just thought I'd add a review for people like myself who got more than what was expected. First off I purchased these vitamins because I'm in my early early 30's (notice the early 2×) and I DO NOT eat meat and need something to supplement when I slack on nutritional meals. Second these pills are extra-large!! I mean they are really hard to swallow. The manufacturer has to have something equivalent and not so huge, they are literally the size of 800 mg ibuprofen. Lastly, the smell is awful. I know they're vitamins, the robust smell is enough to make you gag or even vomit. I tried blending the bottle in with my other medicines in the medicine cabinet and right away these vitamins powerful smell overpowered and leak through the cracks of the cabinet! I decided to put febreeze air freshener in there to irradicate the smell, and it worked. Even putting it in your mouth the smell permeates.
