Absolutely loved this Nutcracker so well made and attention to detail. The company does need to re-think the packaging packet and boxes so badly damaged when they arrived I thought the Nutcracker would be in bits however by some miricle it wasn't damaged at all it would be such a shame if you were thinking of giving it as a present

Item arrived much quicker than the 5-week delivery date I was given. The box that it arrived in was battered but fortunately the solder was undamaged and he’s lovely. Much better made than what I was expecting, given the cost of it.

Item was nice but unfortunately broken in transit. Contacted seller and have no complaints at all with customer service. Recvd discount and fixed item at home with bit of glue. Very happy, was going to give as gift but under circumstances kept for myself.

I have only given 3 stars because my sister has better ones and when this arrived the head was completely off and I had to glue it back on.

I loved these soldiers and I got them to go either side of my fireplace for xmas and they look fantastic.

The product arrived a lot earlier than expected and was such good quality. Much better than the picture on the post!
