For the £3.49 it costs (inc P&P) its well worth it for the average diy-er, however if you are doing several floors then by all means go and spend 3 times the price for something better, otherwise this is fine, recommended

it works! I didn't expect it to, somehow, this piece of fairly light metal, but hook it over the board and hammer the other end and it does exactly what you need to lay laminate floor boards when you get too close to the wall to swing a mallet directly.

Good sturdy tool, made fitting a laminate floor so easy, not sure how I would have completed it without this. Throriughly reconmend.

I had laid laminate flooring throughout the house, a few months later, squeaking to some boards appeared, rubbing from skirting boards, this handy tool was just right for allowing me to get between the small gap and I respace boards..
