I got the Large size. I am a 5' 7" male at 170lbs 32 years. I bought this after buying a gaming chair that turned out to have uncomfortable seating. This seat cushion fixes that issue. The longest i sat on this seat cushion is about an hour and there is a major difference in comfort. my butt does not feel sore and my back does not hurt. The gel cushion is supposed to cool off the seat which it does as advertises. I like how versatile it is and can be used on almost any chair. The non-slip rubber bottom is well thought so it does not slide off the seat while adjusting yourself on the seat. It is very convenient that the cover is removable and washable. I like how it focuses not just on your bottom but also your back support. First time using was really easy. it came vacuum packed and easy to setup. The functionality of this seat cushion is very practical because it is design for multiple uses. It fits in my gaming chair perfectly so i could imagine it fitting in most seats. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone who sits for long hours and needs support for buttocks and back. It will make your experience way more comfortable and have you feeling like you wanna do something productive whether its gaming or working on a project. 5/5 even better when you can catch it on a sale.

The best investment I’ve made!! I have a “Lower Lumbar” problem and this cushion helps immensely!!! Especially after Therapy!!!! The design is contoured to my buttocks and it gives relief and support in all the right places! Very firm and the fitness is perfect! Sits on any sofa or chair,,, even on the floor!

It's a personal 5 star, but that is because I am 5'7", 155lb man with smallish hips. This is perfect for someone with my frame and weight. Can throw it in the freezer, comes with a zipper, and not to much squish. For the price it cant be beat. Only downside is you have to position your butterfly just right or it actually increase pain instead of relieves it. I fractured my coccyx, and meditation was becoming a real pain in the ass. Used this for 5he first time today in a floor chair and a world of better. Awesome for the price, just scootch around until your bottom aligns with the form.

Great product exactly what is advertised, a cushion that's comfortable and is cool. Definilty helps with all the sweating I used to have when sitting directly on my gaming chair.

I bought this seat cushion for my car hoping that it would ease the pain I have in my SI joints - I thought the seats were too hard for me... Turns out that I was wrong, the cushion is definitely soft enough, but apparently it's not supportive to the SI joints. I was really hoping it would be beneficial, but it isn't. I would have given more stars if it helped at all. I'm sure it will be great for other issues, just not mine.

Excellent. Order the larger one if you use a gaming chair.The cushioning got rid of my lower back pain in a couple days. I lower the chair about 4 inches as this will at first make you feel like you are elevated. After sitting for about an hour it becomes the ideal height. It does feel much cooler than just the plain leather chair. I will be buying the same one when this ones starts to tear up. It relieves the pressure in the right places. Of course I don't have a very large bottom.

As a pregnant woman that sits a lot in an office for work, a seat cushion was a must have. This cushion is great! I wear scrubs so my pant material isn’t super thick but I can feel the cooling design on my bottom! Great for back and sacrum pain relief!

I bought this seat cushion after having an injury and need to seat for longer periods.I order 2 different kinds for a similar price to compare their quality. This one definitely it is giving me better support and seems to be more durable and best value for my money.I also read the reviews for this product and was willing to try it. In all honesty, I personally do not feel the coolness of the material, however it does give it a nice soft cushy feeling when you are seating down for a while. However, if you are a tall person and with more extra weight, this might not be the seat for you, since you may need something that can give you better support and durability. (I’m using this seat for a short time)I’m not over 5’4 and my weight is between 120 When my husband tried it (He is over 6 feet) a bit husky, he said it was not as comfortable for him and that if he needed a seat like this, he would probably look for another seat, even if it was more pricey. ( but that was his personal opinion)Overall, for what I need it, this has been a great product and did not have to pay over $20
