Ceiling Hook for Punch bags

Pretty easy to fit, no complaints so far although it is a bit squeeky!! Good value for money.

It's certainly pretty sturdy but I'm not sure why there is a long bolt instead of a simple ring to attach the chains. Every time you hit the bag the metal attachment moves along the thread stripping it. Admittedly it's something I didn't think of before purchasing it.
