Speakers are loud and clear. A little bulky so make sure your helmet has space.
I have this installed in my daughter's helmet and she has no trouble hearing me and I have no issues understanding her. I have paired this with LEXIN, Moman, Freedcon and G-WEI with no issues. The only issue I have found is that the LEXIN does not like to be the secondary headset when pairing with a different brand.I like that the unit has 2 USB-C connections so you can charge the unit without disconnecting the speakers and mic. The unit will charge from either port. What upsets me and this is not unique to just this unit. But almost every unit I have tested that uses USB-C as a connection makes the casing of the usb connector a weird shape so the speakers of 1 brand does not work with another. I guess unless you have multiple sets or pick up a spare pair of speakers/ mic and plan on switching out the unit itself to another helmet. This isn't a huge deal and I really can't give it a negative hit on the score when every other unit I have tried does the same thing.

First impressions: Great functionality
Backstory: after 22 years of riding two-up on Harleys, I got tired of hand gestures and helmet knocks. I let the genie out of the bottle, if you will, and got the wife and I matching radios for our helmets. (Yes, I officially have a backseat driver now...) I got this unit to have on hand when our son comes up on his BMW F 700 GS. So I put this unit on an older helmet to test. Connected up nicely with our original pair, and all advertised functions worked well. I noticed the speaker quality on this unit was better then my original. (I listen to the FM some while riding, and the wife hasn't.) Ended up setting my original headset to the side for my son, and mounting this one on my helmet.

You get what you pay for
Looked like a great deal when I ordered it. The installation was not hard but the mounting design for the microphone is horrible. The velcro pad will not stay glued onto the microphone base. I had to glue it on with gorilla glue. The sound quality is bad. Very narrow response range, no lows and tinny highs. Haven't tried to couple it with another headset yet. Also the microphone blows around in the wind. Too flimsy. It answers phone calls whether you want to or not.The good- it is easy to operate, easy to install. Wish it had better sound quality. I can figure out a way to stiffen up the microphone wand somehow.

Awesome little device.
Review updateFinally got our 2nd one. We charged these and like little kids pit our helmets on and actually ran around the yard talking to each other to see how well they worked. (I know what your thinking but the thought of hopping on the bikes and taking a ride to test them kind of didn't even cross our minds). After many "wtf" looks from the neighbors and laughs and of course stopping to clean the fog off our helmet screens (yeah we had them down as though we were riding like a bunch of knuckleheads) we decided these were the coolest things since sliced bread. Finally after resting up and calming down from all the laughter we hopped on the bikes and went for a ride.I can not stress enough how much more fun riding is with these.

Way to quite…
Buyer beware…. This product is easy to install. However, the sound output is WAY TO QUITE… I have the speakers placed right next to my ears and I can BARELY hear anything. My exhaust is stock so these are a HUGE disappointment.

Really 4.5 stars
Battery lasts very very long. Calls went through clearly without interruption. The speakers are loud and clear, but not much low bass if that's what you're looking for. The long hold to change volume annoyed me because it's rather slow. Not true hands free I think, but I could only use the long press (4 second) to turn on Google assistant if I wasn't using the headset for anything else. I was looking for something like my old Sena had where I could say OK Google and tell it to do something whenever I needed, so I'll be returning it when my new temporary fix arrives.
