Q: Is this product any good?

The track that holds the joycon is plastic not metal like the official ones. As a result eventually the joycons can be pushed out of the slot just by pressing up. So for me no they are not good as they eventually don’t serve their main purpose.

Q: How does the nintendo switch lite work with this ?

The Switch light isn't capable of working with the power a joy con grips. The reason for this is because, the switch light has its Joy cons permanently attached wall with a regular switch the joycons are removable. Since you cannot remove the joycons from the switch light, the power grip a would be useless.

Q: Is the controller in good shape?

Controller is in good shape and was received without damaging
