Convenient and delicious!
I have been using Mary Ruth’s multivitamin for over a year and I can not recommend it enough. I used to take all my vitamins separately in a pill form. Having all my vitamins in one container and just in liquid form has made it super convenient! It taste good too! They have travel sizes as well which are awesome this way you can stick to your routine even when you’re on vacation!

Energy for days!
Best multivitamins I have ever taken, I take them daily it tastes like cough syrup 🤣but the way I feel energized and ready to take on the world is worth those 5 seconds of weird aftertaste. They work so good that I was able to care for my family while they had the flu and all I caught was a cough for a day. I bought the hair one from this brand and doesn’t make me feel the same so I went back to the vials and I will be sticking to them.I take them first thing in the am followed by water and Im good no stomach aches or side effects for me ! I have been on it since January and it’s April.

This product is great! Loved the individual glass bottles. Loved feeling energized after taking product. The flavor isn't the best but could be much worse. Tastes sweet and vitamin-y and does require a juice or water chaser. If you hate taking pills or the taste of chewable vitamins, you'll love this! Raspberry flavor wasn't an issue or overpowering. Have ordered the full bottle in the past and individuals are easier to use and store. Will reorder again and again.

These Mary Ruth's multivitamins are excellent. They give me energy and keep me awake. I get very sleepy with my hyperthyroidism. This multivitamin gives me energy and vitality. This brand's products are incredibly good. I highly recommend them.
