Buy this ASAP!
Buy this ASAP! I am a die hard pasta fan. I tried many low carb substitutes and nothing matches to this. It tastes like pasta, cooks like pasta, chewy like pasta. Amazing! My kids could not tell it was a healthy alternative. I topped with my favorite meat sauce. 2 servings is a whopping 40grams of protein at 260 calories and so so delicious. I made a two servings bowl to meet my protein goal. It is very filling since it's high protein and has 15 grams of fiber per serving. 1 serving is 2 oz which is about 1 cup on my kitchen scale. No more gluten, no more insulin spikes and a great way to enjoy a healthy pasta option. I will never serve the old pasta to my family again. Amazing product Kaizen! Good job!

Keto folks this one’s for you
As someone who’s been keto for like 2 years, I was thrilled to finally find a pasta that’s not gross and actually fills me up. I’ve tried both the ziti and the fusilli and they’re both great especially with a meaty red sauce. Just follow the cooking instructions or it can get a little mushy.

Not For Me
Maybe I'm not the best customer to review this, as I enjoy traditional pasta. But, I do eat alternatives and always looking for healthy options. I was excited to try this based on the good reviews, and did ... it was absolutely horrible tasting. The worst consistency, mouth feel, flavor, all were about as bad as it gets. I try not to "yuck on anyone's yum", but I tried a bowl of this ... after attempting, I just tossed it out and cooked some traditional pasta. For those of you that like this, bless you ... but for me, it was one of the worst foods I've ever tasted. I most always leave 5-Star reviews - so I try to be honest and balanced, and I am. I also realive taste is the in the taste buds of each consumer, and this stuff generally gets good reviews, but .... IMHO, ewwwwwww.

Holds sauce well
This keto fusilli is another great low-carb pasta. The shape is perfect for catching and holding onto sauce. It's a satisfying alternative to regular pasta when I'm trying to keep things low carb.

Almost there
I want to live this pasta but I think I prefer the flavor of chickpea pasta!! It’s nice that it’s high in protein.

Very similar to whole wheat pasta
I really liked this. I'm not keto, but my wife is. And I really enjoy these noodles. The texture to me was very similar to whole wheat pasta which is what I primarily used for years.

Not Effective for Supporting Fat Burn Goals
The Kaizen Low Carb Keto Pasta Fusilli seemed like a promising option for a keto-friendly, low-carb pasta alternative. With 20g of protein, 6g net carbs, and being gluten-free, it aligns well with dietary restrictions for those pursuing a low-carb or keto lifestyle. The plant-based lupin flour gives it a unique texture and flavor that is quite enjoyable compared to other alternatives. However, I’ve been monitoring my metabolism and fat burn levels using Lumen, and this pasta doesn’t appear to support those goals as effectively as expected. Despite being marketed as keto-friendly, it didn’t make a noticeable difference in my fat burn levels, which was disappointing. For those strictly monitoring their macros or aiming for better metabolic outcomes, this might not be the ideal choice. On the positive side, the noodles cook well and hold their shape, making them a good alternative for those simply looking for a low-carb pasta option without focusing heavily on metabolic impact. However, if you’re relying on it to support specific dietary goals, it might not deliver the results you’re looking for.

Worth trying
Tastes like a wheat pasta. The flavor was good. The whole family liked It and tasted better than what I was expecting. I didn’t cook it for longer than 4-5 minutes. It was a little softer than I like, so I will try 3-4 minutes next time. A little pricey but worth it to eat more protein and less carbs and sugar. Doesn’t leave you feeling bloated.
