The media could not be loaded. This blow dryer is lightweight which is what I need at the salon to save the shoulder. Alittle loud when on but dries hair fast. I wish it would have an end on it that’s not the flat dry pieces as it won’t fit in a blow dryer spot on my cart

I purchased this blow drier 9 months ago and all of a sudden it stopped working! I've bought this same blow drier straight from their website before and it lasted almost 3 years. I only blow dry my hair three times a week, so I am extremely dissatisfied with the value I received for the high cost of the blow drier. I will never be purchasing a high-end blow drier from Amazon again!
