Amazon advertises this as offered by Foxwell. What is delivered is a no-name item. There is some kind of relationship between the seller and Foxwell, but it is vague, and there is no detail on whether Foxwell stands behind the product. I returned the item because of this. Amazon just sent me an identical item, not answering any of my questions. The item works, for now, and there are not many alternatives. Be aware.
