Ripley's Believe It or Not! 2016 Hardcover – 10 Sept. 2015

I bought this as a Christmas present for a very special 10 year old boy, he was delighted. He already knew of the book from school but I only bought it because a friend recommended it. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the item, the book is large and very impressive inside and out. The cover is bright and stunning and the content would keep both slightly older children and adults engrossed for hours. If you want something a bit different for a present this book is highly recommended.

A very interesting book packed with facts, figures, pictures and stories. You do not need to read it page by page, but can open at any page and read any section and you will find an interesting read.Some pictures might make you look away or shock, but they are all fascinating and a well deserved addition to any collection.

I bought this for my friends 11 yr old son as I was stuck for xmas presents then remembered my brother had a copy of this when we were young and it was fascinating. I was really pleased that it was still around and in an up-to-date edition so ordered it. He is really happy and his parents say he doesn't stop talking about things he's found out, so don't know whether that's a good thing or not but I'm taking it as a positive.

What can one say other than there are some very bizarre things in this world of ours. Extremely entertaining read. I give it only 4 stars as many people will be buying this for children and it does have quite a few disturbing images and things in it which are probably not really suited for children, and as there are so many images that could accompany the text one wonders why some of the actual photos were chosen. Would never pay the full price but this was on offer at just £3 so at that price makes a nice present!

Very quick delivery. Had a quick look at this annual and the title 'Believe It or Not' is VERY fitting. You are instantly caught by the weird looking eyeballs on the cover to the most bizarre things inside, every kind of oddity is included. My son has asked for this annual, it's the sort of thing he likes, he will love it.

Great book. Illustrations & pictures are gripping & very interesting to both children and adults. Even the cover is great to look at! Jam packed full of bizarre & unbelievable true facts! Regardless of the year, it's one to look back on for years to come! Great book.
