These are NOT exactly like Weller tips, but they seem to work
Weller tips are rounded on the corners of the screwdriver-like tip. These are sharp and might cut circuit board traces if the user is careless. Also, a rounded surface on the tip means that more of the tip will be in contact with the parts being heated than if there are square corners. The wall of the cylinder part, the section that goes into the handpiece, is not as thick as a genuine Weller tip. The outer diameter is correct, but since the cylinder is thinner, they may not conduct heat as readily. And there is a larger air gap between the wall of the tip's cylinder section and the temperature sensor in the middle.However, they seem to work. For the home hobbyist, the price is right for what you get.

Works as good as Weller, half the price
I wanted to give these tips some use before I wrote a review so after about 2 weeks of every day soldering I’ve concluded that these tips are excellent. My first tip is still in use with no problems and it’s been holding about 750° all day every day since I got it. These tips are direct replacements in my PES51 and perform exactly the same as the original Weller tip. Not only do they perform exactly the same they cost less than half as much, which is really a pretty good deal since I go through tips faster than most probably do.Edit: It has now been over 8 months of use at 750-850° 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and my first tip is just now showing some signs of degradation. I’m pleasantly surprised how well they hold up and I will almost certainly be buying ShineNow brand again if I ever need to buy more tips.

Extremely close to original quality!
Well you can tell that this is a third party. These tips feel so close to original that I'm super excited for my Weller w e s 51. It might work for a few other similar units but I can't speak to that. Great customer service from the seller obviously fast shipping and really high quality for what you get. Since I work on small electronics I won't use some of the bigger tips necessarily but still more than worth it.
