Legit set for a kid to get cracking on. The sounds are fun, and pretty good. Honestly they should have a few more goofy sounds in there, but they are all kind of straightforward drum sets. 15 different drum sets actually. The throne is pretty darn good quality. The sticks feel like regular 5As, very light and normal size which might be awkward for small kids. Being very critical of drum sets, I can say there are a few things that annoy me. One of them is that there's not really a safe place to mount the module, and even if there was, the snake that goes into the module has pre-lengthened cables so you kind of have to put it somewhere on the front support beam which seems a little dangerous to me because a little kid might give it a good smack. Another thing that annoyed me is that the toms won't play at the same time as the snare, and I believe it also will not play the Tom's at the same time that it plays the symbols or the kick drum. But again, super kit for little kids. The pedals, the frame, everything is of a nice decent quality and you can build it kind of as big or a small as you want to. But the throne only goes down to like probably about 15 or 16 in. Overall I would recommend for a kid especially one that doesn't know how to play the drums yet. Other than that, the module does some different things. It has a metronome and I believe it has some songs or something you can play, and there is some customization available for the kids. So I would recommend and I'm happy with my purchase.

This is a great product. I had considered learning the drums but struggled to find the right equipment. Recently, I came across a drum set at Costco priced similarly to this one. After purchasing and trying it out, I found the chair too low, and the foot pedal was small and poorly made, making it practically unusable, so I ended up returning it. When I saw this product on Amazon, the larger and better-designed foot pedal caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. As expected, this set far surpasses the Costco product in terms of chair height, pedal design, and sound quality.

Easy to assemble and we were able to use right away! Headphones are great with the sound and for the amount it was a great first buy. Do recommend.

My son got this a few days ago, all the siblings have played on it and say it is great, lots of fun. The stability of the whole kit is questionable but my youngest is 7 and hasn't knocked anything down yet. I think people have to try to screw this up. The stool is the squeakiest object Ive ever had to listen to. Every lean and turn the player makes causes the seat to squeak and whine. I dont know if it just needs some WD40 or if it is what it is. Highly recommend for the curious percussionist.

The media could not be loaded. It was very easy to put together. The quality is very good. The headphones that it brings lets me hear how my son plays and it sounds great. My son had fun when he was playing because it brings music to play to. It also brings a metronome to help play. It was worth the money.

Bought for my grandson's 8th birthday gift he loves it. His mom suggested it. It has earphones so that the drummer is the only one hearing the "beats."

My son is very happy with these. He has a small room so it’s great that they can be folded out of the way when not in use.
