I love this vintage country art 🎨 cross stitch, perfect for my 50s theme kitchen. I Read a review and could see a finished product of this beautiful design. That convinced me to purchase this embroidery kit.I have not embroidered counted cross stitch in a long time. So I decided to do gridding, this process helped me to map out the embroidery work exactly where it is indicated on the pattern, this preparation is worth doing and yes you need to do a lot off counting, nevertheless it is worth the effort and will help you to make less mistakes. ( Double check before you cross stitch )I loved working on this project and also found it very relaxing to 😊 do. The embroidery kit provided all the threads that is required for the finished project, provided you follow the instructions carefully, you will have leftover strands. I would be delighted to do another counted cross stitch project. I would be more than happy to purchase from this seller again.

Have just started doing this. It's a good kit with clear instructions and good quality Aida. The threads are pre sorted.

I enjoyed doing this one. With it being several small images on one cloth, you feel a lot more achievement as you go through. I used a washable fabric pen to count the squares and find a starting point (top right)

Was bought as a birthday present for our mum cause she loves cross stitch and tea and cake so it was perfect for her.

Every thing you need included .The threads are all ready for you to use.The only problem is the needle supplied isn't for embroidery

am finishing it and find out the back stitch are not enough so i need to buy extra thread for these.

I gave more importance the picture I would have when finished to the blank-stamped side of it and it is a nightmare to count right. I believe stamped one would be easier.The needles: those provided are too thin for the threads that came with it but I had some spare ones at home and I used those.The problem with thread: too thick for the scares and when used as such it makes a mess. So I had to divide them in two and as they are like a set of 6 each ( I don't know exactly how to explain this but you would understand if they were in front of you) I use 3. You have to be careful when dividing it so that it doesn't get tangled. So do it slowly step by step starting by the middle and undoing it towards one end then the other.I believe I would have enjoyed it more if it was stamped on. I will try a stamped one in future (only when I finish this one) and leave a review.
