Great sounding strings with the best longevity in the business!
I've been an avid fan and user of Elixir Nanoweb strings of all gauges for well over a decade now and I don't see that changing. I've always known that I've had particularly acidic sweat and when I first started playing guitar 20 years ago now, I was burning through a pack of 'regular' strings in a week. Even with cleaning the strings after every use and using a type of string cleaner, a week was the most I could get out of a regular set. Then I got a set of Elixir Nanoweb strings and everything changed. Yes, they do feel 'slicker' at first but that feeling wears off after a while and you do get used to the difference in feel as compared to regular, uncoated strings. People say that the tone of coated strings is different but it's not something that I've ever noticed. If I put a set of Elixir Nanoweb strings on a guitar and I play that guitar for 2-3 hours every day, I will generally get 2-3 months of use out of that guitar before they start sounding 'dull'. Yes, the added cost might put some off but please, don't let that stop you. In the 3 months I get out of Elixir Nanowebs I would usually have restrung 12 times with a regular, uncoated string. For me that represents great value.+ great longevity, easily 2-3 months from a 'daily player'+ slick feeling, great for slides and bends+ value for money long-term

Great strings which sound great months later
Love these strings. Know there is a lot of debate about the tone etc but they sound fine on my telecaster. Hate changing strings, and these go on sounding good for months. OK, maybe not quite as bright as non coated strings when they are first put on, but a few weeks later they are still sounding just as good, and better than the non coated. You really should try them and make up your own mind!

My 'Go To' strings.
I was recommended these by my guitar tutor and I have not been disappointed. They sound good. Keep their tone well and last for ages before they need replacing. Even through the hot, sticky months of summer.I now use this manufacturers strings on all my electric guitars.

I bought these strings for fellow guitarist - the strings sounded really good on his guitar. Hopefully he will enjoy the experience of using these strings.

Best Guitar Strings
Tried other brands but always come back to Elixir as the strings are well coated and it feels like a brand new strings set every time I play it even after a month or two.

Genuine strings
Lots of fakes going around but easy way to spot the real stuff is by the white dust they pull off.I haven’t cleaned my black guitar since i got them, nice thick white blanket to be found.Sound wise they are excellent, and they are practically maintenance free. I never clean my strings with stuff and these things despite the abuse they get they stay bright sounding, and slinky smooth.

Still my go to strings
I hate string squeak and that was motivation for trying these in the first place. I've used Elixir strings for years now on electric and acoustic guitars and I love the nanoweb coating. The string life really is longer which suits me as I don't get to play as much as I'd like these days. I prefer the custom light pack for 10s on the bottom for drop d and 9s on the top for easy bends.
