I just received the chair but is there an easier way to get it back in the case?

It's the same issue with so many of these types of bags! Just make the case bag larger!!!

IS the canopy adjustable in any way and can the canopy be un attached or not used incase its windy?

It can be lowered and folded. The shade arm is not adjustable up and down.
