different devices all good results
i originally purchased one of these to use with my mother's oxygen concentrator. we have fairly frequent momentary e.g. 1 second power outages. problem being my mother is here in hospice care and those outages are just enough to shut her oxygen machine off. no oxygen for more than a short period and she would not survive.i wasn't sure if one of these would work but sure enough on day two after i had it connected we had one of those quick power outages. however the battery did the job and the oxygen concentrator never shut off.be aware you need to figure out which of the two types of outlets on the backup battery is the proper one to use. i had to do some research to figure out which one i needed to use. i tested it using both types and only the proper one worked as expected. so if one doesn't work for you try switching the plug type used on the battery and give it another go.the led display on the front is very easy to read and provides all the useful information you'll ever need. the overall build quality is good and the size is very manageable even for tight spaces.going back to momentary power outages, it was a pain in another area for our family, that being internet and wifi. even a one second on/off event knocked off both our router and all the wifi mesh units. then a five minute wait for the system to come back online. this device worked so well for my mother's needs i thought to try it with our mesh wifi system.i purchased two more of these. hooked one up to the router and one to a mesh unit. it took a few days but the trusty power blips came back. while the mesh units not connected to these power backups went down my router and that one mesh unit stayed up and running. so the downtime we'd been experiencing before became a thing of the past.i cannot say how long these units will keep powering devices because as said our outages are just 'blips' but as for keeping a mix of devices, router, mesh unit and oxygen concentrator up and running i could not be happier with the end results.as said i now have three of these in our home and am very happy with how things worked out.

Good job
I needed to replace a backup and grabbed these simple one since I only needed a couple items to be plugged in. It has worked great without issues for several months now and we have had at least 6 power outages since I got it.I recommend.

Seem to work fine... however software is uninstallable
This unit does what it's supposed to do. All I need it for is just a minute or so until the main generator kicks in with power. I've tested it several times by pulling the plug and all seems to work well. The software that monitors the unit is another story... it's impossible to install it. After downloading the software, it asks for a serial number for the software, which is not provided. This query cannot be skipped so the software cannot be installed. That's ridiculous! Anyway, the software monitor is not important to me, as the unit just needs to hold power for a little bit of time. If it weren't for that issue, I would rate it higher.

1hr back up
Works as intended, about 1hr of back up supply. Works instantly on all of my machines. Plugged in I have a tv, ps5, router extender and server. Or… it could just be my flux capacitor. :-) great product.!

Garbage
Having owned 2 of the 360W models, both died in quick succession. When first purchased, I placed a 350W load on the PSU, it wouldn’t handle the load while plugged into the wall. I eventually had to drop the load down to 280W, well below the rated 360W. At 280W, it handled the load fine. But when testing the PSU, by unplugging from the wall, I would have less than 20sec of backup power. Yes, the PSU’s battery was at 100%, from leaving it unloaded and plugged in overnight.Around day 40 of ownership, I decided to test out the PSU again. Once I pulled the plug from the PSU, everything died. Further testing revealed that it could only mange to battery back up an Eero Pro 6E…7.5W. Yes battery was at 100%.I attempted to contact the seller and manufacturer, but it has been more than 30days, and I still have not received a response.Regarding my 2nd PSU. I had this PSU powering my Eero, phone, and modem. I awoke to find that I had no internet access. I came to discover that the unit itself died. It powers on and off, but no power is being sent to any equipment. To add, this particular PSU, less than 2 months old, will only register a battery capacity of 25%. Yes, did turn on and off, no change. To the manufacturer and seller: I would like to be contacted for a refund/replacement, as there is a one year warranty. But a warranty doesn’t mean anything unless it is honored and a resolution implemented.

Great
Works great for my power chair. I was in my chair when the power went out and I couldn't get out of the chair.

Works excellent
Had power go out twice and this allowed me to be able to save what I was working on without losing it. Just what I wanted.
