THIS PROTEIN POWDER IS OK NOT GREAT. I HAVE BEEN BUYING POWDERS SINCE THE 80 S WHEN IT WAS ONLY JOE WEIDER THEN METRX SO I BEEN IN THIS POWDER GAME ABOUT 37 YEARS AND I BOUGHT 4 JUGS OF THIS, FIRST 2 THEN ORDERED 2 MORE BUT I WONT BUT THIS AGAIN BECAUSE I MAKE ALOT OF SHAKES WITH BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, PEANUT BUTTER, BEETS, E.T.C AND THIS POWDER IS NOT EASILY MIXED AS IN IN SHAKES ITS PURE PANCAKE BATTER, SUPER SUPER THICK, TAKES TWO HOURS SIPPING ON A SHAKE BECAUSE ITS JUST TOOOOO THICK. 97% OF ANY BRAND OF POWDER I BUY ALWAYS MIXES NICE AND SMOOTH AND YOU CAN DRINK A SHAKE/ SMOOTHIE WITH EASE SO CLEARLY SOMETHING IS MISSING IN THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE IT MIX NIT LIKE PANCAKE BATTER. WONT BUY THIS AGAIN!!

Taste is good but I wish they didn't add too much thickening ingredients in it such as xanthan gum. I like to throw the powder in a shaker bottle with water to mix it but it clumps up too often and I would end up having to use a handheld blender to dissolve the clumps so it's a bit inconvenient.

Good quality and good taste! Very easy to blend. Low in calories and carbs. Works great when using it to blend smoothies or even in morning coffee.

The item is fine, no problems, tastes good in smoothies.
