Abru loft ladder 3 section easy stow

Not the cheapest but I bought this because of its compact size and I am very pleased with it. It was easy to install (one locknut was missing but no big deal!) and the instructions were clear. I already had a ready built loft hatch and it fitted inside this with ease. The spring-assist unit was easy to install and I managed to install the whole thing without having to climb into the loft. Recommended.

Ladder installation is straightforward and it is stable and sturdy. Preparing the loft hatch was more difficult. Pulling the ladder down from its stored position requires a lot of effort; problem solved by preventing the power arm from fully becomming horizontal using a block of wood. This prevents the ladder from laying flat in the loft but holds it at a slight angle sufficient to more easily lower it from the loft.

A reasonable enough item for the odd visit to your loft, though I wouldn't describe it as suitable for frequent ongoing use. Much the same as most domestic loft ladders, in other words a little bit on the flimsy side but certainly not the worst I have ever come across.Good solid ladders obviously cost significantly more, so if you want something that's going to be used regularly bite the bullet and pay more, it's more cost effective in the long run and most certainly going to be safer!

Nice quality ladders, very easy to install once put together. Instructions arent great but manageable. Easy to adjust to height of the ladder to the floor, very light and the folding action works perfectly, you can easily do it with one hand. Handle is great as these ladders are designed for a small loft hatch.

A good quality product and very easy to install, I'm not sure whether I will fit the spring assist mechanism yet though as it presents a potential trip hazard close to the hatchway and the ladder is easy to lift and slide to stow away in any case.

Just what we wanted great loft ladder only complaint the hook stick flimsy we replaced with new sturdy one

Werner 37003 3 section compact loft ladder, after many hours searching through many reviews on loft ladders I settled for this model!, I purchased 2 of these ladders one for myself and one for my neighbor, we found about three YouTube videos on installing this ladder.It was so easy to follow I did not need to follow the instructions that came inside of the packagingPros: very easy to assemble, good value for the moneyCons: Sellotape was stuck on the ladders runners impeding the smooth operation, had to clean before operating

Does the job for very occasional use.I think the description of "professional lift ladder" is stretching the parameters of fair description.It does work fairly well but I would want to be close to the max weight limit advertised.Feels quite lightweight and a little rickety considering the description.Still does the job though "just"
