These sachets were recommended to me by my son and I’ve been taking them since September while in L A so I ordered some more. They helped immensely with my sodium levels and they are very easily mixed and a lovely taste. I thought they were a bit pricey though! I have to limit my daily dose to every other day.

My husband’s review was really worth the money yes it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it he that’s before gym and he gets such a shot or energy can push more weight and gives him so much energy feels good.
