My husband’s review was really worth the money yes it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it he that’s before gym and he gets such a shot or energy can push more weight and gives him so much energy feels good.

The item had been opened when it arrived. There were 29 sachets instead of 30 and now I’m questioning the authenticity of the product. Don’t buy!

Great taste! Since I’ve started using LMNT I’m drinking lots more water.

I really like the LMNT electrolyte drink mix but I usually drink the unflavored one. Although the flavored ones do not contain sugar, they have 2 g of carbohydrates and stevia leaf extract. 10 calories per serve. I would but this product again though as a good replacement for sports drinks.
