Product seems to be good. Packing was very bad. The carton came in open condition. The parts were not covered. Scratches. Installation was easy.

all 8 blots for fastening seat are missing. Pl provide them else take the item back and provide refund. Packing box is broken and bolts would have slipped out.ALSO MANUAL TO ASSEMBLE IS NOT SUPPLIED. PL SUPPLY 8 BOLTS FOR FASTENING CHAIR AND MANUAL ELSE TAKE THE ITEM BACK AND PROVIDE REFUND

The product is good but a little costly as compared to the price in the vicinity

Initial impressions are very good. Will have to check the durability after 1 year or so.However the delivery and packaging are really bad. I received an openbox in which some parts are missing. I requested for replacement and even then the packaging is not quite upto the mark. Delivery is too late. They took more than a week to deliver.

Decent quality and easy to assemble

The media could not be loaded.  Damaged box, missing parts. Then even after exchange, again same issue, and stains on white seat. Very disappointed
