this set was great value, the balloons and cake toppers were excellent, but the banner had two rs instead of a t, unfortunately i only noticed it the day of, and the birthday girl had a sense of humour about it, but i am pretty disappointed

We opened the outer package to check what has been delivered then left the itemIn the package until needed. Come to open it today and only banner and balloons in no cake or cupcake toppers included. The party is Saturday so we don’t have time to return and get it replaced, plus says not unavailable. And no way to complain and try and get missing items sent! Had to order separate toppers!
