Warms the bed very quickly. Says it's washable but I haven't tried it and won't because I do not trust that it will work after being in contact with water

It's very small for a double!
I was disappointed as I expected this blanket to reach from one side of the bed to the other but it is at least a foot short of that. Its also very short in length. I'd say it is more suited to a single bed. Warms up nicely though and otherwise is a good product.
