Came with only one roller!
It’s as good as my old one, only difference was my original one came with choice of spare roller. However, this newer one did not, although it states 2 in description!

Battery operated so it’s always ready to use!
This works really well - very gentle but thorough exfoliation. I’ve had one of these for many years but eventually it gave up the ghost, so I looked at other models. Most of them seem to be rechargeable - not as convenient as battery-operated which is always available to use in the bathroom. I was delighted to be able to get the same reliable model as I’ve always used!

Absolutely my favourite bit of kit. Previously I had bought one from Costco several years ago. When that broke I bought a Scholl one but this one is far superior. Scrolling one evening I found this one and immediately placed an order.Removes all hard skin, easy to use and leaves your feet soft.There are 2 speeds and the weight is good to use in your hand. Super effective

I bought this item. Bought some replacement rollers. And they wouldn't stay on. So I had to get a refund. I then bought one of the own harmony rollers absolutely brilliant item also purchased from Amazon

Emjoi micro pedi!
I have owned one of these micro pedi hard skin removers & wanted a replacement as they’re the best ones out there by far! My original I’d had for almost twenty years! & they really work to remove stubborn hard skin from your feet! Wouldn’t be without mine!!

I would try cleaning the battery contact points inside roller. If that doesn’t help - if it’s past the 30 day return deadline, then call company directly. I’m sure they will send you a replacement. I had my Waterpik electric toothbrush/Waterpik combo; it broke after 13 months. They verified my purchase through Amazon and sent me a Replacement immediately. I had to return broken one, but they covered shipping cost.
