Runway RoguePearl Glam Long Wear Shimmer Liquid Lipstick, Metallic Pale-Mauve Lipstick with Silver and Gold Shimmer, ‘Boss Babe’

First of all, I only do reviews when something is really bad and I don't get a resolution or it's really good. This is my 3rd color in this brand of lip cover. When I get a new lipstick, I put it on in the evening and sleep with it on. This lipstick stayed on thru my drinking my water every 20 mins or so, hours, and when I woke up, I forgot about it until I looked in the mirror! It looked like I had just applied it! I'm not kidding! I use a matte stick liner then apply this coverage. Also, when I'm wanting to lift it, I apply a clear gloss. It's also great to go over a darker base color. I'm requesting they make matte colors. Although pearl is my favorite! May the 80s live on!It may be a little more costly than some other choices, but for the quality, it's very reasonable and you don't have to keep applying. So, it's worth it!

Please do believe the review my deal gals. Not only is the pigment not as deep and intense-but the color is a light pale pink that is not appealing nor flattering and I am olive Greek skinned so many colors luckilyI can wear and I’m grateful.This was pale and just blah is the best word I can use.The completely different color it is as all the reviews that stated-NOT THE SAME COLOR-I should have believed because it also does NOT dry down fully. Transfer proof it is. NOT!Maybelline I have discovered I’d probably the best of matte staying power. Sephora collections lip stains as well. But-for those women who complain that it did not last 8 Hours or a full 16-medically -that is a ludicrous expectation and I laugh when women write reviews on their anger it didn’t last.I do NOT work for either of those companies i mentioned-just many attempts to find the somewhat perfect slightly longer staying lip stick/stain etc.Jokingly I said to my peer manager-lipsticks should not be worn for that many hours let alone make up in general-unless you are a street Walker -medically it can cause eye infections (mascara which ok we all have gone to sleep on I am guilty of) but for those who say I did not eat but barely had a beverage and it did not last 8,10,16 hours should make one question what chemicals are being used to keep it there.No I’m not that person who is all organic and all sadly-but consider that.Overall-my biggest disappointment with this was the color as I was so looking forward to the exact color it provides in the picture. Granted anything can be changed and enhanced in todays world of photography.Best of Luck to others!

Pretty color but NOT long lasting like a stain

Why did you pick this product vs others?:i was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the price. But it is definitely worth the price. This goes of matte but is very shimmery. I sometimes layer it with a pink gloss but it’s shiny enough on its own. Will buy again.

Pros- goes on nicely, bad product scent does disappear after dry down, pretty shade, nice shimmerCons—Extremely overpriced. Revlon ColorStay is a far better product and less than half the cost. It is very drying on the lips, which causes the product to settle into fine lines. It makes your lips look very dry. I had to wear lip gloss. The staying power is poor once you put lip gloss on. I would not repurchase. The quality of this lipstick does not warrant the expensive price.
