La borsa è bellissima, il materiale è di qualità, resistente, cursori e le parti per allungare la tracolla ecc sono in metallo, è molto capiente più di quello che pensavo vedendo le immagini, mantenendo una dimensione e una forma assolutamente identici a ciò che si vede in foto. El producto, (BOLSO), viene defectuoso, la cremallera principal no funciona, le fala el cierre. El bolso no se puede cerrar. He intentado iniciar una devolución, pero lo ponen tan complicado que resulta imposible... el bolso es barato, pero si viene defectuoso y ponen tan difícil la devolución... decepcionante.
