AC not working at all, within the 1st week of purchase
The Air conditioner stopped working from day 2. After another 2 days of troubleshooting on phone, a Voltas engineer was sent to my house who said that the motor isn't working. After many more days of that, I got a phone call today for replacement of the motor. My question is why should I get motor replaced in a brand new AC within the first 10 days of purchase. I have tried to place a return on Amazon but the Amazon process is highly inefficient. The website mentioned that I will be getting a call back soon but still haven't received.

Good product for the price.Good for small room of say 10 x 12 foot size.Cooling is good.Customer support for installation is available at Rs 500 plus GST.Cable length is small if you mount above door height and requires extending the cable.Remote is available and fully functional.
