Bought for my 12-yr old daughter who loves Legos. She wanted a challenge, and this set was perfect!This set is perfect for smart kids who like a challenge and don't complain. We had all the pieces, instructions were not super easy, but that is the point when you want a challenge. All the negative feedback is from people that get frustrated easy is my guess. My daughter loved it. Sure, it's meant for older kids-dont get hung up on the box saying it's for kids 6 and older. Id say 10yr and older-and patient kids and adults best.Pace yourself. Stop when it gets frustrating or you need to redo something. Keep it fun, and you will love it too.Very well worth the cost.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! We have done several kits from different vendors/manufacturers and this one by far has the worst engineering of the design. Our first kit was short a bag of pieces and the 2nd had and extra bag. The 2nd level is built UPSIDE DOWN. You read that right, from the top to the bottom and then FLOATED above the base. The pictures for the tree build are useless. Tree is assembled off base with a 1" base and an 8" top. It kept coming undone and had to be fudged. While fidgeting with attaching tree the entire top level tilted!!! Finally got the tree settled and started with the final greenery. and again got so frustrated at the top level tilting off that I walked away for another day to finish. Planning on trying to glue the waterfall where it supports the top level. I'll never buy from this company again.

Loved this kit. Was a good challenge for me as a adult. I think kids who like a challenge can enjoy this too. Had to use my phone to zoom in on the photos of where the blocks go but other then that worked well and was worth the money. Was easy to assemble, and designed well. Lots of colors. I think it would be fun for attentive and focused kids.

A fun challenge but the way it is designed is questionable. Some of the larger sections are only held together by one or two 1x2 pieces, and it feels very fragile to put together. Making it very frustrating and stressful when you start to build on top of those structures and you can really feel those 1x2 pieces struggling to hold the whole thing together. Some 1x1 pieces feel like they're just there because the designer was told to have x amount of pieces and they didn't know how to include all of them. Not to mention the holes are not fully developed on some of the plant pieces, and I ended up snapping a lot of the flower stems trying to put the flowers on. There is also no space given for the river on top to fit the LED string under the pieces, so that was a real headache to make it work without snapping the strand.Again, it was very fun to put together and I love staring at the finished product, but it definitely feels like it was designed not for fun but for making things unnecessarily difficult.

Super nice set! Surprised at the quality and intricacy. It was a fun build that took me about 15 hours to complete. Had one or two problems with tight pieces but was able to shave the pegs down with a craft knife. Will be buying more from this supplier

Tons of missing relevant pieces yet tons of extra irrelevant ones…The tiniest pieces in the world so don’t put any in the wrong place by accident or you’ll break your nails just like I broke 5 of mine trying to remove them. and the instructions should do a better job with blacking out the previous step. The previous step is greyed out even though the next pieces can be grey as well… confusing. The whole thing is doable but you’ll need a lot of patience and improvising.
