I ordered 6 jars of Lee Kum Kee chilli oil. Unfortunately, one of the jars had opened during postage. I contacted the seller and asked whether a replacement or partial refund could be arranged. To my surprise, I received a full replacement of 6 jars.The seller was very prompt and polite in responding to my query. 5 stars for the customer service. Highly recommend.The chilli oil is the best. Very spicy, flavoursome and umami for taste buds. Absolutely beautiful on any kind of food if you like some heat 🔥 Tastes and smells savoury, mushroomy and garlicky.

The best chilli oil I have had in years, so smokey. It is hot but I use on chicken and add a little mayo at times, just for something cold. Fast delivery no breakages, and well worth the money.

Expensive, but a little goes a long way. Deeply savoury.

These days it has a higher ratio of oil than chilli however, it still hits the spot. Just remember this is a flavour enhancer and therfore is a seasoning too. Don't add additional salt to your dish.

This chilli sauce is very nice. But be warned use a little then taste before adding more as it is spicy.
