Q: Could you tell me what the protein amount is? You will find it in the nutritional information on the package.

I use this lovely flour to make pizza and sometimes sourdough, you can make an ordinary loaf with it but does not contain the amount of gluten needed to give a good rise you could try focaccia good luck!

Q: Has anyone tried making chapatis from this flour? I wonder how they came out.

This is lovely flour makes perfect pizza I think it would make very nice chapatis although maybe a little softer.

This is what people in Italy call 00 flour, it’s fantastic to make bread and pizzas, but you will need yeast to do it... do not add anything else like baking powder or staff like that. Just use yeast and with this flour you will make the best pizza or bread. Trust me, I’m Italian😏
