Called a waterproofing guy, too busy.I called him back and told him to take a hike- Did it myself - Worked like a charm -saved $15 k no need to excavate the area abutting inside surface of the cinder block. Also sprayed the surface after completion with rubber sealant from a spray can. Total cost approximately $ 25. sjcmd

Works as expected
Although the container arrived badly dented on both sides, the product works as advertised. It is easy to apply but does setup up quickly - so work fast. The rating of 4 stars was due to the severely dented can.
