Despite being a certified refurb, it came in original packaging, everything completed, as new.I can't fault it, connectivity is quick and easy, just follow the Ring App instructions. The motion detection is perfect for us in the preset position. The sound and picture are very clear, the notification is instant with any movement. You do need a power supply, I bought a Ring one, you can use a doorbell one, if you already have one, but check the voltage. I've connected to our two Android phones and our Echo Show 5. Because the ES5 is a tinkling sound, then a voice 'movement detected at front door', the dogs don't react, which is a bonus. It comes with connectors, a jumper lead, for bell box power supply, all fittings and a tool to attach the front cover. I would definitely recommend this product, especially at the price of a refurb, it just looks perfect. There's loads of videos and help on line, should you need it, but it is all very simple with the app.

And that's been a great help,When no well, or just lazy.It has lots of great features, If your into that, But i just use it to see who is at the door, When they press the doorbell. And that's brilliant I can see if its someone I want to answer the door to or not, By just looking at a wee Alexa box. Also having it wired saves faffing about, With a battery or 2 cos they take ages to charge. You could use it as its described, Using all the features for security.Like watching car, pathway Etc... with motion detection, Live view or watching it back with a paid subscription.Or just use it to see who is at the door. 👀K.

Picked up doorbell for a great price and it works very well. Day time the quality is great and very clear. Night time however it’s very dark compared to our ring floodlight. Obviously I don’t expect it to be same as it’s not designed for the same purpose but you can’t really see much at night unless someone is up close. Overall it’s good value though for a functional doorbell with video and audio.

this is the best and cheapest ring doorbell i have purchased as i no longer have to waste minay on extra batteries or a solar panel to keep the internal battery charged.you just remove you old bell and wire it directly to the existing wires. done in 10 minutes.easily configure to your wifi and ready to go.recommended. specially at this refurbished price!

I installed the Ring doorbell over 5 months ago now and it's been running smoothly ever since. The installation ad setup process was a 10 minute job and easy to do on your own. I purchased this refurbished and it arrived as if it was brand new.The push notifications come straight through to my phone and appear on my lockscreen and I can easily preview them. Reviewing previous montion events is simple.Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to protect their property and keep track of deliveries!

Doorbell worked perfectly but because it was an amazon refurbished item (i assume) it did not include the 30day trial. The advert says it should but its difficult to find out who to contact about it.
