Very good for snacking

Recently my youngest son requested a strawberry banana milkshake cake for his birthday (right?!) and I found a recipe that called for freeze dried strawberries that you pulse in a food processor and add to the frosting. It was AMAZING! My regular grocery store didn't carry any sort of freeze dried strawberries so I turned to Amazon to save the day again and they did. It's a great product to add a natural color and flavor of strawberries to pretty much anything. Highly recommend!

Very happy to be able to get these packages 9n sale!Of course they won't last their years long shelf life, bec they'll be divvied up in cereal or smoothies within weeks.

A bit disappointed bought the number 10 can and smaller bag for ease of storing. Please not you get 35 years on the can only 5 years or less on the bag. So if looking to add for longer term stick with cans. The bag came ok doesn’t feel like it’s a powder but actual strawberry slices. Gave 3 star because product doesn’t explain difference in shelf life cost same per ounce bag vs can so way pricey for the bag

Nice to reconstitute for cereal or baking but like all freeze dried fruit tends to be rather expensive. I wish it were possible to purchase larger packages with a less per ounce price since these have a long shelf life. I purchased these more as a curiosity to see what they were like and not likely to purchase again. It might be better cost wise to just purchase cereal that comes with freeze dried strawberries in them.

I haven't used these yet as they went into my preppers closet where they will stay for the next few years. But the packages are fully intact, look good and store well.
