I had quite a bit of frustration when first trying these. Happy that I did several practice setups before attempting with glue. They don’t hold wood slats as even for length I had hoped. I used 2 clamps for a 24” long charcuterie board and the ends were not even. Taking a lot of sanding. It was also my first attempt so could be some operator error. Blogs stated 2 clamps would be fine for this length but I am going to use more in the future. I will use one on each end, very close to edge. Then use 1-2 in middle for anything 24” or longer.

Great for glueing up small to mid-size cutting boards. Bought a second set. They do take some practice to use, but once you get the process down, it's not bad.

These clamps work very well to hold your wood evenly. They can be a little clumsy to use. I started placing a thicker piece of wood in the clamp to hold it open while I inserted the pieces I'm gluing, then removing it before tightening. Overall, they do the job they are designed to do.

These should work well for a long time. Well made. Tough to get the hang of setting them up. Springs make it tough to get everything in place, however, that's just inexperience and will improve with use. Good clamps.

Great for doing wood working glue ups. Holds your material flat and tight together. What more can a carpenter ask for.

Love these things and love they came with a wall mount. If you're using these for panels consider getting the larger ones instead. These are more cutting board size. Large cutting boards but you get the idea. You could manage to do cutting boards with the larger ones by putting a spacer in. Either way, if the size is right for you then you'll love these.

I’m sure most of you have read on other reviews that you need to practice the set up before your glue up. I did not realize how important this was until I bought the clamps. The clamps can be quite finicky in the set up process. Make sure you have a glue that has a significant set up time. Apart from this initial set up, The panel clips are absolutely wonderful and they produce a flat and even panel with pressure on all four sides.

I have mixed reviews on this clamp they are difficult to set up and takes a little bit of time and in the mean time the glue is drying but when it does go smooth it does a good job of keeping the panel flat

Solid quality on this product! One of the unexpected features I really like about these clamps is that the coating they used on the clamping bars resists binding with wood glue! Super easy to break the board free and easy to clean. I'm eyeing up the larger clamps now but need to save a few sheckles.

Excellent Rockler clamps, too bad the large version not available for shipping! Set up nicely for stable glue up.
