I have a lot of serious health conditions and I was very skeptical that this would help even if it was small change but these two pills make a huge difference in my daily life. I have only taken it for week now. These supplements have helped my memory / foggy brain, sleep, energy (which is probably where I struggled most with pain keeping me up), my overall attitude and just better overall in less than week. Like I said I wasn’t expecting much but if all keeps going well I will continue because my condition causes severe inflammation all over my body and I can honestly feel less swollen and puffy on top of all the other benefits! I will start my daughter and mother on them! Amazing supplement!

Great product for my thyroid condition.

I’ve been taking these supplements for about 1 week, now. The trouble I’m having is falling asleep at night. I’ve never had a problem going to sleep and staying asleep. I only take 1 pill per day and that seems sufficient. I will monitor and see if it is the culprit keeping me up. I can’t have that. Other than that, you have to drink lots of water to keep it from coming up in a burp. Best with a meal. No other side effects and I am walking again. One day at a time. I hope this is my go to. I want something to work.

Very good supplement

I like that there are so many needed ingredients in a pill. They are a bit large. I have no problems taking them but I’m careful to drink a lot while taking both capsules, making sure they don’t get stuck or stick together. I’m hoping they help my hair and nails. So far so good but I’m also taking other things like collagen. I’m starting my second jar, hoping they’re the reason my nails are lots harder.

On my second bottle, taking 2 pills per day and I can feel a difference already by being a lot more relaxed and having more energy.

This has been great for me but doesn’t seem to be a good long term supplement (past a couple weeks at a time). The zinc amount is too high and can cause copper imbalance which seems to be what I’m going through right now. I had abnormally dry skin and angular chelitis appear after 3 weeks of taking this. Energy levels have been fantastic though since taking this.

I was hesitant on buying this product due to all the bad reviews; I always read first. I have had two thyroid surgery’s leaving me with part of a left side still intact. I also have Hashimoto’s. I decided to take one pill a day instead of the two to see if it would help with everything I am going through. I believe I am two weeks in and I see a big difference. I wake up actually refreshed with a little more energy. After a while I do see the effects wearing off but that is closer to bed time. If two are too much, drop to one and it does well. Also, if you are on thyroid meds, wait four hours before taking it so it so it doesn’t absorb the thyroid meds. So far I really like them!
