I was looking to find a sports tape that would hold up to various times of sweating, showers, swimming and a few other activities. I wanted a sports tape that would not start rolling same day or the next day. After a couple of days I landed on Ckeep kinesiology tape. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance on CKeep. You can either shower or clean the area with alcohol wipes. Once air dried you can apply ckeep to the location you need it to help. I keep it on for 4 days on and 3 days off so my skin can breathe and heal if needed. I do my physical therapy, shower, pull weeds and try walking a short distance. CKeep has not moved yet. It holds up through everything. It doesn’t roll at all for me. The attached pictures show CKeep holding strong. I applied it on Thursday and I will be taking it off on Sunday. Be very careful because it is on very well and you do not want to rip your skin off when removing the tape. You can add oil or Alcohol onto the strips to assist with the removal of the tape. I like this brand but thr ONLY thing I’m con I see is you should get more kinesiology tape on each roll. The price is not bad and and you are getting quality vs quantity.

Easy to use, just simply peel of the back and use. I have severe latex allergy and haven't had any issues using this product. I bought this to help relieve lower back pain and its been very comfortable and effective so far. The stickiness lasts and the product stays in place.

Stickier and lighter than my other brand, but good price! I don't use this for sports, I use it to cut mouth tapes strips. Cheaper than buying the actual mouth tape strips. Even though it's stickier, it has a less irritating adhesive.

The price for two rolls is a great deal. I wear mine for 3 days at a time and it stays on the entire time. I honestly forget that I even have tape on my wrist because it doesn't stop me from functioning everyday and it helps to easy my pain. I honestly feel like when I take the tape off my pain comes back almost instantly.

This tape is great! It definitely helps with my bunion. Easy to cut the size you need. Last for a long time. I also like that it’s skin color. It’s not a heavy tape. I can take a roll with me anywhere.

Did the job and was supportive. Had it on for 3 days, however, removing it damaged my skin and will be returning. Too sticky to where its hard to get off even with a hot shower. The product is rather thin and you can see the weaving of the material, so it strands off after some use. Durability is good for what it is, its rather hard to break though the cut parts of the tape for application tether.
