Good quality AC working fine but installation didn't satisfaction

I recently purchased the Lloyd Split 1 Ton AC with a 4-star energy efficiency rating, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with its performance. 1. Received the unit with missing Cu tube pipe of 3 mtr. (I purchased it by myself which cost me 3717 INR including GST. Amazon refund only 3000 INR in my amazon pay balance, not in my bank account. That means I have use that money by purchasing another items from amazon.) 2. If you are purchasing the AC from amazon, your AC will be installed only through Amazon installation by paying extra 1500 INR. Which is very unprofessional and inexperienced. Taking extra charges for each small-small things. 3. While booking the AC installation on 26 july through Amazon I was selected the slot for 27 July evening but amazon confirmed my installation for 30 july. And it took 2 days including 3 visits to complete the full installation of AC unit on 31st july. 4. The product is good but the service provided by Amazon is 3rd class and very disappointing. 5. I suggest if anyone want to purchase this AC buy it through nearest dealer and get it installed through dealer for tension free and satisfactory work. Otherwise you will also get suffered like me. With the closing note: I will never buy any product from amazon and never suggest anyone to buy through amazon.

Using this for 1+ year now. Cooling is the best I've ever seen. It is icy cold. Running for long, it has collected 0 dust. I typically run this at 26C-28C because it gets the room too cold. The installation guy is trying to make his monthly income out of you. Request llyods to fix this. If you can handle the installation, the AC experience itself is pretty outstanding.

It’s been a month of using it, and I must say it has not disappointed. The noise is minimal and the cooling is very good. Perfect buy for an ac that too in this price range.
