Does anybody know if this product would help to soothe folliculitis or ingrown bumps?

I'm not a medic but this is a petroleum-jelly (cf Vaseline) ointment and therefore I doubt it very much. For folliculitis I would highly recommend Zineryt and Nizoral shampoo.

Can you use this on your face

Hi, you can! I would advise to use it as a second to last step in your routine if you use other products like serums, toners and creams. Be sure to use a small amount and spread evenly on face and neck. Try to avoid slugging (thick application) as it may lead to Milia (tiny white bumps) If you use a sunscreen as your final step, allow the CeraVe ointment sit on your face for maybe 20/30 minutes before applying sunscreen. Also wait 20/30 minutes before going out in the sun to avoid frying effect. Hope this helps x

Is it non-comedogenic?

Yes it is. It’s primarily petroleum based which rates as a 0 on the comedogenic scale (does not contribute to comedone production).
