Relax and indulge your taste buds
I recently tried Harboryam coffee beans, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! As a coffee lover, I’m always on the lookout for high-quality beans, and these did not disappoint. First off, the aroma when I opened the bag was incredible—rich and inviting, it made me eager to brew my first cup. I opted for a French press to really extract all the flavors, and the result was a smooth, well-balanced cup of coffee. The flavor profile is delightful; I picked up on subtle notes of chocolate and a hint of fruitiness, which added a nice complexity without being overwhelming. I also appreciate the consistency of the beans. Every time I brew a cup, the taste remains reliably good. It’s evident that Harboryam takes great care in sourcing their beans and roasting them to perfection. The packaging is another plus—sturdy and resealable, which helps keep the beans fresh longer. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Harboryam coffee beans to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying coffee experience. I'll be buying more for sure!

Smooth and good
I bought a kg of each of the 3 Harboryam beans. There wasn't a bad one in them, and very good coffee for the price. They all have a Neopolitan style roast. So distinctive from a typical Illy or Lavazza flavour. Earthier, smokier, intense - but not bitter. Of the three these were the premium beans, 100% Aribica and definitely the smoothest. A very pleasant drink, with good crema and a gentle subtlety in the taste. You could drink this throughout the day, but if you want a morning kick start you might want to try one of their blends with Robusta. I will buy Harboryam again as a change to my usual Lavazza blue bag beans, and it will probably be these that I buy. Everyone who has tried them here likes them.

Fantastic beans at a reasonable price
Up until last week I always bought pre-ground Lavazza "Quality Rossa" because I understood that without a good grinder you can't get the right grind size. I use a Bialetti Moka pot. Well I recently invested in a Kingrinder P2 and these were the first beans I bought since deciding to grind my own, and all I can say is WOW! The difference in taste between these beans in my own hand-grinder is night and day compared to the taste of pre-ground supermarket coffee. It is chocolatey with sweet hints, acidic but rounded off with a beautiful bitterness that fades almost straight away, honestly a beautiful coffee and I give full props to the roasters who obviously know what they are doing. I'm still a novice in grinding my own beans so I'm sure I will still find lots of lovely coffee to try, but for my first foray into grinding my own beans, this coffee was incredible and was the perfect start to make me realise how much extra flavour you get from grinding your own beans. Honestly cannot fault and the beans are very fresh and not at all oily. Also great value for the quality.

An excellent medium roast
My morning go-to coffee, wonderful stuff. Smooth, gentle and extremely flavoursome. The beans smell incredible when you open the packet and it works well with my espresso machine. I also think the hessian sacks are very cool :)

Now in the bin - gone off taste and unpleasent smell!
Now in the bin. In other comments, it is mentioned there is an after taste - like the coffee has gone off. When I first purchased the coffee I did not notice the after taste. Originally I found the taste of the coffee to be ok, but nothing special and there would not be a repeat purchase. I grind the beans so that I have enough for 3-4 cups across the same number of days. After just a week or so, I am starting to notice a taste difference - just like the coffee is going off. The coffee is no longer drinkable. There is also an unpleasent smell after you have made the coffee - the smell is not noticeable in the ground coffee pot or in the bag of beans. The taste at first was pleasent enought to keep using it, but now it is straight in the bin. Avoid - do not purchase!

Very happy
Have been buying these coffee beans for a while now and really like them and the coffee they produce. I don’t like strong coffee and this to me is quite mellow and not bitter at all. The packaging is lovely. The inner bag keeps the beans fresh and the outer hessian bag is a lovely touch. Very happy with this product and will continue to buy in the future

Great Coffee and Packaging!
Coffee taste is very subjective and what tastes great to one person, may not be the same for the next person. I can't abide olives but that doesn't mean they are 'off'. I say this in response to some of the unfair reviews for this product. Personally I find the taste pretty good. I use through a bean to cup machine which produces a perfect Crema. A poor Crema indicates a stale bean or poor pressure on your machine. That debunks the stale bean theory. This is a small business that in my opinion delivers a great product. The coffee is subtle unlike some of the big name brands that leave a nasty after taste (take note Starbucks and Costa). The packaging is cute and something we all agree on. Overall , A nice coffee but we can't all like it, so that's something to bear in mind.
