Best inflatable belt for bulging and herniated discs
I love this back belt. I have degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc that has slipped a bit forward a bit off my spine so i can have some pretty good pain. I do go to a chiropractor weekly and the decompression table s like a torture chamber getting off the table after my 20 minute session. Now the next day i feel very well but the day of is horrific. So after i come home from the chiropractor i put on this belt and its helps me get through the day till my discs settle down. I highly recommend this back belt. I used it daily and for hours at a time. I inflate for 20 or so minutes then deflate and just leave the belt on me for about 20 minutes and then repeat. It is amazing!!

Try it as an option before surgery.
I tried this item as an option for avoiding surgery for spinal stenosis. It isn't a cureall but it truly helped me to avoid surgery, so far. I've used it as needed for over a year and I'm very pleased with the results.

No lifting or back relief for me
I have had a bad back for 50 years. This was something new and looked promising. I ordered it. Read the instructions and tried it on and inflated it. No relief. I took it off and reajusted it several times. Walked around doing normal tasks and nothing. I got better relief from my old elastic brace. Sent this back.

Product does what it is meant to do
The product is nice & does do what it states it will. But way to large for my tiny frame. It stated Free returns but when i wanted to return it they wanted to charge me $8. It wasn't worth my time so sold it to someone who could use it. Was disappointed they advertised free returns but didn't honor it

Easily adjustable simple to use does the job
Decompression belt helps take and spread out your spine. Also decompresses the wife of the husband that’s wearing it.!!

Decompression Belt Works
This works for a strained lower back. One can pump it up to where it is comfortable. It is not a permanent solution. You and your doctor/chiropractor have to work that out. I use it in between visits to my chiropractor if I have overdone working and my back aches.

The belt arrived in less than 24 hours from placing the order, in minimum packaging. It is well made from quality materials. Is comfortable to wear and is straight forward to inflate/deflate. Brief personal, medical and device usage history for a fit, healthy sixty eight year old male. Mid to upper green zone on the Body Mass Index. Twenty five years of L3-L4 spinal stenosis, plus two related complications causing pain, pins n needles in both legs and feet. Condition currently being reviewed every six months. Limited walking distance. Approximately 300 metres then. Stop, stretch to relieve pain, repeat. Limited comfortable movement but most tasks are doable if done slowly and with respect to spinal condition. Daily exercise includes, dog walking and ten minute lower back physio recommended movements. Power assist cycling seven to ten miles two/three time per week, with occasional longer distance fishing trips included. Medical devices used over the years include. An Omron electronic pulse massager (TENS machine). This is great to use when things are bad or in the evenings when relaxing. Neoprene heat belt. This is great to use when dog walking. Neoprene spinal support belt. Ok but not that effective. Used more to remind me to do stuff slowly and under control. Now I have this decompression belt and I was quite sceptical about buying it having experienced an ordinary support stretch belt. But I checked out reviews from various sites and most were good, positive comments and I totally agree. As soon as I put this belt on and inflated it I felt a few new mild sensations but literally, after ten minutes or so all was good and I haven't looked back. It maintains the correct posture whilst standing or sitting and pretty much relieves most of the pain whilst walking and doing other tasks. I comfortably wear it most of the daytime now and am totally impressed with its effectiveness and most importantly its doing a great job at keeping the pain at bay. It may not work for everyone but. IT WORKS FOR ME.
