Doesn't work. They did start a "refund" process in which I was expected to print off a label, in the middle of a pandemic. I don't have a printer at home and there's nowhere open to go and print a label. Therefore, I'm unable to return it. It's the principle more than the money. I wish businesses realised that people who complain and tell you something is broken, 99% of the time, are telling the truth. I've had to complain about broken items before and had a full refund, no questions asked. It's annoying to be told I need to jump through hoops, in the middle of a global pandemic, to get my refund for this useless product. No stars.
