Black Line Set Rough In Box HVAC Contractors Termination Point for Line Set Condensation Drain & Low Voltage Wire

I've edited the review and added extra star. Old unedited review is below. Where i was unhappy before, now i am neutral. At least until i try the trim they have come out with recently gets a go. There should be an extra picture or info in description to let people know it is now available. Nobody wants to pay shipping twice and/or wait for parts/ find out the hard way.___________Good news is that its the best out there, yet only because there are no worthy alternatives.Nail fin is thick and narrow. J channel is sooooo much wider then the nail fin, this cuases the j channel to cock to the side because there is only support on inner edge.Which brings me to another issue. There is no reason NOT to offer this with a built in j channel or a removable one(cut out at bottom to get over the lines)I dont care how good you are, making a 4 pice J channel on small scale such as this looks cheap.Do it right and clean or dont do it at all, but hey its cheaper this way so why would the manufacturer ever bother.

This box is alto thicker that I thought it would be. That is a good thing. It allows for a very clean and professional finish to the lineset rather than them just coming out a hole or having a drier vent cap cut over it.

Use them on every opportunity now.

The Lineset Box is the best thing for a clean and protected installation. I highly recommend them.
