Clever idea. Thick, warm, looks and feels great.
I really wasn't sure if my 79-year-old mother would take to this or it would turn into something only visiting grandkids would use, but she absolutely loves it. Having sleeves for her arms, she's able to do her sudoku while watching tv at the same time on a cold night. Something she couldn't as comfortably do with a regular blanket. Should her hands get cold, she just puts them into the pocket large. She's already stored away the electric heating pouch I bought her the year before to keep her severely arthritic hands in, as this is more convenient and apparently does the job.Being a blanket, it's longer than a robe, so, while she can't walk with it, it keeps her feet warm. That's possibly the only way it could be meaningfully improved in fact: If it had more of a pocket at the bottom to tuck her feet into it would be even better. Since it's not a wearable robe, I'll probably buy her another or two, to keep in other rooms.

Cozy, Cute, and Practical — Keeps Me Warm and On-Call Ready
I absolutely love this wearable Sherpa blanket. First of all, it’s gorgeous — the unicorn print is adorable, the pink is cheerful, and the material is super soft and plush. It’s exactly the kind of thing that makes you feel safe, warm, and snuggled — like a pug in a rug (not a bug!).But it’s not just cute — it’s shockingly useful, especially for those of us who take overnight call. I bring it with me to the hospital when I’m on in-house call. Even though there are blankets available, they’re in another room, and I don’t always have the time or energy to track one down. Having my own soft, warm Sherpa makes a huge difference. One of my favorite features is the large front pocket. I put my cell phone and pager in there, so when I nap or rest, I can feel the vibration or hear the alert. It keeps my devices on me, instead of buried under the call bed or left on a table across the room. It may sound oddly specific, but this setup has helped me never miss a page — and any resident or night-shifter will understand how big a deal that is.It’s also practical for those early-morning chart checks. I wake up, still wrapped in it, and I can keep my arms through the sleeves while scrolling through updates or prepping to round — all while staying warm. And when it’s time to run to a code or respond quickly, it’s easy to toss off and go.If you’re a resident, a night nurse, or just someone who wants a warm, wearable blanket that’s both functional and comforting, this is a fantastic choice. And even if you’re just using it at home while watching TV, the pocket is great for holding your phone so you don’t miss a call while relaxing.Oh, I’m 5’3” and it fits perfectly!

IT'S DALMATION PRINT!!!
The first thing my husband said when I opened it was "Why did you get cow print?" Rude! This thing is so soft and warm, it has long sleeves and it's long enough to cover your feet if you're sitting in a recliner with your feet up. It has a pocket in the front and I put my phone in there if I'm moving around and it holds it securely. I am a large woman with big features and it covers me nicely. I have to hold it up to walk around so I don't step on it. So if you're a smallish woman, it's going to be big enough to wrap all the way around if you want it to. I'd wear it to work if they'd allow it. Get you one or two. But I wouldn't suggest the dalmation print if your husband is a wise guy.

Super comfy and cozy
I absolutely love this. I wish I had ordered this years ago. It's warm and cozy and large enough to fit any body type. I'm 5'7" 145 lbs. and this is long enough to wrap under my feet. The sleeves are long and big, not tight fitting, and it can fit around your neck and shoulders so every inch of you stays warm. I got the kangaroo pocket in the front and love it, I can keep my hands and remote for TV in it and never have to take my hands out! It's worth every penny. If you try to walk in it, it will drag on the floor, it's not made for that though. It's better than any blanket throw.

Fantastic
Got this for the wife at Christmas and it's been a hit ever since. Extremely warm and comfortable, it was worn every night in the winter. When she didn't have it in, our cats claimed it as their bed.Safe to say, the whole family loved it.
