Excellent, compact, easy to use, reasonably priced paper and credit card shredder.

Works well, sometimes when you get to the limit of paper it slows down.Quiet enough.As it cross cuts, its more secure but also the clippings take up less space when disposing of.

Better than the old Amazon shredder, faster and has a handle.Which is really helpful for lifting to tip out. It’s very heavy tho’Still gets stuck, as all shredders seem to do, and sulks…. but bought a thin nosed plier and that helps get the paper outPlus an ordinary set of pliers. Between the two, and a pair of scissors, possible to clear it.As it’s not that expensive, did think of buying two, so that when one is on strike, could keep going with the other one.

Excellent shredder, sturdy, well built feels really substantial and up to the job, really pleased with it. Well packaged and fast delivery.

Looks good ,works well and doesn't upset the TV reception

I bought this to replace a lousy cheap thing in my office. My needs are modest. I have a Rexel domestic product at home that has chugged on for 20 years of self-employed duty, it shreds two pages at a time if they're not thick. It gets hot and is slow and easy to jam, but has been reliable.This shredder is about the same noise level as my Rexel, does cross cut pretty well, and has a good sized bucket for the shreds, with a window which is indeed very useful. It isn't particularly fast and it copes with maybe four sheets of paper, but I stick to two because more just slows it down, stresses the thing, and will reduce it's lifespan.It is listed as for light office duty, I think that's a good description. To me it's work is a few sheets regularly, with infrequent sessions shredding the odd ream of old files. If that is your workload, this will do fine. If you need something fast and dependable for regular office file shredding, can't take the time to remove staples &c, or need 12 sheets shredded at a time, I would suggest look at paying a fair bit more for a commercial-duty shredder which this does not pretend to be.It has a reverse 'always on' setting for clearing jams, but no 'always on' forward setting which can be useful. However, it stays on for a couple of seconds after the paper has passed through which goes a long way to clearing any impending jams.

Worked okay to begin with but gradually became less reliable. Then started smoking after only a few sheets were put in. I changed the fuse which had blown , with a new fuse, switched it on, and it flashed and smoked. This is a dangerous product. I have written twice to Bonsaii but not had any attention to my complaint. I would not recommend this product, nor Bonsaii as a company…
