Q: I was thinking about getting one for my wife. I wanted to know if has a vibration or heating option for the handle that she has to sit on?

No, there is no vibration or heat, it is comfortable to sit on even without the pad. I don’t use the seat pad that came with it, it might fall and I don’t want to lose it. I love my rideable suitcase, it has helped with my mobility since I have knee pain from arthritis.
