Great customer service
The reason I gave this five stars is because of the customer service. My particular umbrella did not last one rainy season, but customer service replaced the umbrella with an upgraded replacement. Singing In The Rain
No more raindrops falling on my head! I recently replaced a stolen umbrella with this jewel and I’m somewhat looking forward to it raining. It’s lightweight, it functions beautifully, and has a nice build as well.

Good for rain or shine
Quite durable for the price. Light and easy to carry. It is just easily get blown by the wind but still don’t get broken. Good shade from the sun and rain. Does it function as necessary. Design is nice because it is compact.

Compact
These are button open and mostly close. You still have to jam the pole back in to finish the close. Very compact and work quite well. Good color choices.

nice and big umbrella
great big umbrella, easy to put away. fits my boyfriend and i under it so it works great! blocks out the rain very well, we have gotten a lot of use out of it.

Stiff to finish the folding process.
Opens beautifully, but is very difficult to fold up again. The button folds the umbrella ok, but then it is very stiff to push down to snap back into the handle.
